we hear before the call.
No. The 15 minute assessment is a working session, not a sales call. If you want one in place we will sign yours, otherwise we proceed without.
That happens. Our four gate validation is the first thing we run. If your existing platform already solves the problem, or buyers will not pay, we say so. You keep the analysis.
Sometimes. The methodology transfers. The domain expertise does not. If you are outside insurance, healthcare, or financial services, we will tell you on the call whether we are the right fit or whether you should hire someone closer to your industry.
Fixed fee per phase. Diagnose phase prices independently. Redesign and Deploy are scoped after Diagnose findings. We never run hourly billing.
Most full Diagnose to Deploy engagements run twelve to sixteen weeks. Some teams hire only for Diagnose and take the redesign in house. Either is fine.
